The Gathering Place Ministry exists to advance the Kingdom agenda of the Lord Jesus Christ through global outreach, discipleship, community service, and the equipping of believers for effective ministry. We are seeking committed individuals who sense a genuine call of God to serve in various ministry positions within our growing international family.

All positions with The Gathering Place Ministry, USA, International begin as volunteer opportunities. This reflects our conviction that ministry is first and foremost a calling, not a career. However, as the work grows and resources allow, these volunteer roles may lead to paid opportunities, with fair compensation offered in accordance with global ministry standards.
Available Ministry Positions
- Pastoral Leaders (Lead Pastors, Associate Pastors, Campus Pastors)
- Role: Provide spiritual leadership, preach and teach the Word, oversee congregational care, and guide local ministry teams.
- Requirements: Ordination (or recognition of calling), experience in pastoral ministry, strong character, and alignment with the vision of The Gathering Place.
- Potential Income (upon transition to paid role): $2,500 – $5,500 USD/month in developed nations; $500 – $1,500 USD/month stipends in developing nations, often supplemented by housing or ministry support packages.
- Missionaries & Evangelists
- Role: Carry the gospel into local and international mission fields, plant churches, and lead evangelistic campaigns.
- Requirements: Mission training, cross-cultural adaptability, strong commitment to prayer, and fundraising partnership skills.
- Potential Income: $800 – $2,000 USD/month depending on mission field cost of living, with housing/travel support where available.
- Worship Leaders & Creative Arts Ministers
- Role: Lead worship, develop music and arts ministries, oversee choirs, bands, and creative teams.
- Requirements: Musical or creative skill, experience in leading worship, theological understanding of worship, team-building capacity.
- Potential Income: $1,500 – $3,500 USD/month.
- Administrative & Operations Staff
- Role: Provide support through administration, finance, communications, logistics, and coordination of local/global programs.
- Requirements: Organizational skill, financial accountability, computer literacy, and a servant-hearted mindset.
- Potential Income: $1,800 – $4,000 USD/month depending on role and region.
- Teachers & Discipleship Leaders
- Role: Lead Bible studies, train new believers, develop discipleship programs, and strengthen the teaching ministry of the Church.
- Requirements: Solid biblical knowledge, teaching ability, proven maturity in faith.
- Potential Income: $1,200 – $3,000 USD/month.
- Humanitarian & Outreach Coordinators
- Role: Oversee feeding programs, medical missions, education initiatives, and local community transformation projects.
- Requirements: Compassion, organizational skill, background in social work or community service is helpful.
- Potential Income: $1,000 – $2,500 USD/month, with project-based benefits possible.
